I'm Ruth, a Humanistic Psychotherapist.
I feel privileged to be able to work alongside people struggling and in distress. Together we work to find their unique way forward through trauma, loss, identity and change.

I run my private practice from a welcoming and secure, accessible, central location in Tunbridge Wells.. Prior to this I worked at St. Wilfrid's Hospice offering short term counselling to bereaved families. Aswell as volunteering at As You Are providing low cost longer term psychotherapy for adults of all ages.
I work with adults from the ages 23-90 inclusive of genders and neurodiversity.
